In electing a serious and fearless progressive, the College of Cardinals looks like pretty much the only electorate in the world that hasn't had its brains boiled by far right propaganda & toxic social media. For a Catholic of my generation, this is an almost unbelievable development.

I am a Catholic all my life and for the first time ever, I question my faith in the church. Very upsetting but history unfortunately shows how the Catholic Church backs far right beliefs and helps them evade Justice. I never thought I would experience this in my life.

Very sad Eddie Jordan has passing. I met him September 2024. I will never forget. I approached him and said "Eddie Jordan". His response was "what's your name and how are you?". He was more interested in how I was doing. So kind and unexpected. God rest his soul. Regards always. EKCZ
