What is that word? Well, according to a post I saw online once it’s an older Scottish Gaelic term that can be used to mean either “orphan” or “outlaw”. More importantly, however, it's never once been taken when selecting a user handle for a new website.

I am very grateful to the judges who are trying...but also painfully aware of the fact rules do not enforce themselves and with enough dedicated bad actors in positions of power it ultimately will not matter.

I don't think any photo has ever captured the essence of Chuck Schumer so perfectly. This is how I'll remember him: a hunched old man who looks like he is getting swallowed by his own chair that isn't even very big
Schumer tells me Republicans might try to jam Democrats again in September, but thinks Trump will be less popular then and Republican appropriators might be more willing to stand up to him. He said they refused to do so now.
