Everyone should make a list about what is great about the UK now. I only have two entries Rolls - Royce aero engines/nuclear (51% state owned) and the NHS. If musk funds Farage and gets him into power these institutions will go and the UK is finished and frankly not worth living in anymore

As an immigrant myself this resonates. UK citizens like to call themselves expats, as if it's different - delusional colonialism as always. The cognitive dissonance on this issue is staggering in the UK. Some think they can go anywhere, but wow betide anyone coming to the UK.
