I have been traumatized by Alice. She caught a pigeon and started eating it. She brought it to the back door with a proud “Look mom”. Ewwwww

Poached a chicken for the week and made risotto with the poaching broth, puréed veggies, and chicken. I took the cooked chicken skin and air fried it for a crunch. Yum and there are leftovers for lunch.
