This lens shifts #SLO from corporate risk mitigation to collective #governance. The paper introduces a new framework & revisits a lithium mining case in Chile’s Atacama Desert - where conflict gave way to a negotiated agreement.

After four years of research, our project #UNIFIED has come to an end. As a French-German collaboration, it explored how social mechanisms shape the harmonization of transnational patent jurisprudence, focusing on the early institutionalization of the #UnifiedPatentCourt (UPC) in Europe. #research
