Ah, yes, the traditional constitutional standard: protests that are deemed reasonable by the president don’t have to worry about federal prosecution.
Trump: "I think people are allowed to protest. You have to do it in a reasonable manner. Not necessarily friendly, but reasonable. Otherwise Pam will come after you and you will have a big problem."
