unfortunately that messed me up a lot mentally because it was so much comparison to my peers that I gave up to some degree because I wasn’t on the same level as other art majors at my school. I’m still trying to shift my perspective but it’s rough.

As someone who started drawing again in adulthood I feel this a lot. I have other issues with perfectionism and feel good abt what I make, but I was also surrounded by a pretty toxic art environment for a while due to preparing for art school. I was mentally preparing myself for competition

maine's question 1 is specifically targeting absentee voting with elderly and people with disabilities targeted. IF YOU ARE IN THE STATE OF MAINE VOTE NO ON QUESTION 1. if any other states have this question, TURN OUT AND VOTE. do not let them take it away quietly.

if it's shown up on one ballot, there will no doubt be other states with this kind of question. they are trying to infringe on voting rights by circumventing legislative approval before the midterms.
