✨ Skull & Willow ✨
There’s something beautiful about how bones tell stories long after the body is gone, especially when the creature was once a magical companion.

✨ Hemlock ✨
That’s the name I gave this little goat familiar. I like naming my characters, because sometimes they return in other artworks, years later, in a different medium or a new story.
Hemlock feels like one of those.

✨ Inspired by art I created before ✨
I’ve always been fascinated by feline faces. I originally created a holographic sticker design of a magical cat familiar, and the idea stayed with me, and I knew I wanted to draw it again in graphite. I also added a few gold details using acrylic paint.

✨ Winged One ✨
Over the weekend, I was selling my art at a local convention. On Sunday, during a few quiet moments, I found myself daydreaming about what art I want to create next, and this little winged cat appeared in my mind.
As soon as I got home, I knew I had to draw her.

✨ Luna Moth ✨
I painted this gouache piece last year while saying goodbye to my beloved cat, Willow.
It’s a small painting, but it holds a lot of meaning because of when I painted it.
I keep the original next to her photo, and I’ll never part with it. Some artworks are just too personal to sell.

The story of The Frog Prince tells of a young prince cursed to live as a frog. Neglected for his appearance, he dwells by a shadowy pond until a compassionate princess encounters him and transforms him back into a prince with a true love’s kiss.👑 Oil on canvas , 15x15 cm.

I’ve had my Edgar for almost six months now.🩵He’s transformed from a scared shelter cat into the most sweet and gentle boi who can never get enough attention, cheek rubs or food.🐾 This is one of my favourite photos of him, I plan to use it as reference for a painting.

One of my favourite projects I worked on last year was painting the cover for ‘The Forest Where The Phoenix Sleeps’ by Brooke Marley Jones.

I’ve begun a series of small oil paintings that I plan to display on my table at upcoming conventions. The first painting in the series is ‘The Frog Prince’. 15x15 cm, oil on canvas.

I illustrated a Robin Hood colouring book for Colouring Heaven Magazine. This was a fun project! This is my second time working with Colouring Heaven, they published my Alice in Wonderland colouring book back in 2022. You can find the Robin Hood colouring book in stores and here: tidd.ly/3uZQrK0

January is the time of year to expect a visit from the Knut goat. He’s looking for leftovers from your winter solstice feasts. You best have some treats to offer him, or else he might do a trick on you. It’s also important to take down all your holiday decor before Knut visits on 13th of January.

One of my favourite projects this year was illustrating the cover and chapter illustrations for Camilla Andrew’s superb fantasy novel ‘When the Stars Alight’. I hope next year will bring many more exciting projects and lots of new art.
