We’re a mixed platform household over here, and will pick up each other’s devices if it’s handier. I get the appeal of both, they have the same core functionality, it’s just a matter of which one you happen to like. I also prefer the simplicity of iOS. He likes customization. It’s all good.

If you are in a position to do so, in terms of storage space even, I can’t recommend enough starting your holiday shopping in around March. I’ve been done since before Halloween. But I have the closet space to store all the packages, which is a luxury.

Same. They’re nice to visit, but I like living in a medium sized college town where it doesn’t take an hour and a half to get to the other side of it.

Some of these dudes genuinely seem to think every action a woman takes is calculated to appeal not just to men, but to their own personal taste, and is a success or failure based on what they like. I have done very few things in my life that are about a man.

Yes and no. Whats usually referred to as a “heart attack” is clogged cardiac arteries causing tissue death (infarction.) He had a cardiac arrest, which is also your heart stopping, but it’s an electrical defect. Kinda same same but different.

Can you even get a mortgage without documentation? I think private equity is buying up more housing than non-citizens for personal living space.

There is SO much paperwork when a person dies that I could see it taking a while for the next of kin to get around to food benefits. Rent, utilities, bank accounts, etc are usually the first things you think to cancel. Then the time for the agency to process, it’s not that bad.

We had our house completely re-wired. The pile of redundant cloth wrapped wire and glass fuses was impressive. Plumbing is on the list, because I just know it’s a mess.

Two state senate seats and one in the state house in MS, breaking the Republican supermajority. It’s not flipping the whole state, but I’m pretty pleased with it.
