The airlines are still recovering from the shutdown where all the air traffic controllers weren't being paid, so everybody is nervous to fly and has been warned a dozen times to budget for extra delays and chaos. Why can't we all be in a good mood at the airport?

"help people out" oh I'm sorry, are Americans unwilling to help with other people's luggage after two decades of "see something say something," and "don't agree to watch someone else's luggage"? Gee I wonder why we're all so mean when we're traveling.
