As a former paraathlete 'leg day' has two meanings. Today was not a gym day. Today was the brand new leg day. The difference is massive. Went for a casual walk with my new leg. So comfortable.

We are at risk, once again, of wandring without thought to embrace a catchy concept that will make some people lots of money at the expense of the truth and Moral compass of sport. If you do not understand why the concept of the 'Enhanced games' is wrong think of two senarios. 1/2

@nuimerrionsq.bsky.social last election count as a constituency for Seanad Éireann. I work with giants who perform wonders. NUI has elected representatives to the HOC then the Dáil then the Seanad since 1918. Delighted it will expand next time round. #SE2025
