Baking for a community meeting tonight: a layered citrus bar and an espresso chocolate hazelnut cheesecake. Cheers to lots more pastry sharing in 2025!

Saturday pastries ft. extra love from the garden 🌱 The pink lemonade shortbread is so fun! All natural fruit/veg powders and extracts 😀
Three types of pastries arranged on boards: round dark chocolate and red raspberry tarts, a danish with cheese, tomato, green herbs. And a butterfly shaped shortbread which has marbled colors of white, pink, red and yellow.

Hello baking community! Here’s a recent bake: jam bars, honey kouign amann, cranberry orange ginger cookies, and croissant buns. I worked as a pastry chef for a long time, but now it’s a side hustle to my new path in elementary education.
