Around 4pm there was some major delay that had stopped Caltrain service briefly. Still trying to get info on what that is specifically.

Sounds like they want the perfect renter, or as close to it as possible. No such animal, sadly.
I'd have to see the laundry "on site" facility. Sounds like it's in some dark, dingy basement requiring a trip down dangerous stairs to access.

I heard about this. Sad they could not recover financially post-COVID. Between that and the Catalyst in Santa Cruz that may also close soon due to a land sale...egad.
