Who is the one person in our world we’re paying the most attention to? Who’s causing the most discussion? That’s what the award is about. The fact that he thinks it’s a feather in his cap is irrelevant, because he would’ve put the same spin on not getting it that he would about getting it.

Well, percentage is an amount per 100. The statistics don’t make sense as stated. Which is a shame, especially since I think there’s a valid point to be made.
