Me blocking people, yeah, that is just for me, as I am (rightly) hardly followed. But accounts that happen to be blocked by a substantial portion of huge accounts, they can be minimized quite a bit by that.

But also, much of what gets widely engaged with centers on a smallish portion of the overall population, of large-follower accounts. The more that larger accounts block bad elements, the much smaller those elements' reach is (since they are obliterated from the mentions of said large accounts).

Agreed. That is exactly why I say that *everybody* should block a bit more.

The good AND bad news is that Dems seem disinclined to do Merrick Garlandism all over again. But that means they’re going to have to prepare for a plot against America that’ll make the subversions of 2016, 2020, and 2024 seem quaint. www.offmessage.net/p/maga-disar...

Feel free to tell yourself you're opting out of a race to the bottom, but not voting doesn't opt you (or the rest of us) out of the resulting consequences

Feel like you're missing Moulton's point that the monopoly on violence within the state (not to mention a slew of other policies/consequences) comes along for the ride with whatever imperialist aggression might get implemented or not by the chosen leaders

If she is better than the republican on every issue, why wouldn't you prefer her being in office to the republican being in office?
