I'm trying not to be crazy, but Dovercourt was expanded to essentially allow something similar to Bernhardt's (on Dovercourt Rd) on every single residentially zoned property on that street, no? Like a cafe could open in the buildings next to Badiali's or whatever. That's my read of it...

yeah suburban councillors and obviously the province are so so hostile to cycling, and even though our mayor cycles, progress has barely registered on this file

(watching the meeting there was a lot of talk of finding efficiencies, the right wings were stumbling around yelling about it being done improperly - and the chair of the board resigned the same morning they dissolved the board)

My guess; bringing the TPA in-house, cutting the executive $$ fat, data, security integration. Assets will be utilized for housing where they may have previously been getting pushback - bc "assets and liabilities" are explicitly part of the review, sounds like "asset" repurposing to me
