Have been thinking about indicators of class the last few days. Is the question 'what is this called?' a good proxy? Middle class = lounge or sitting room, working class = front room 🤔

the system rather than shielding organisations from it. It's one of the reasons I don't like notions of organisational wellbeing - it's a mitigation rather than a transformative process. Hence, I'm now working on how we create thriving systems - a genuine way of bringing sustainability & fulfilment.

The new report card (below) for schools in England demonstrates the lack of system understanding by both Ofsted and the government. It replaces a single judgement on schools with a host of metrics. As a result, schools will now focus on a series of data sets which will entail more tracking,
