If UN, NATO and EU are blocked from defending more severely against Russia because of vetoing nations, then maybe a new treaty (the "T" in NATO stands for Treaty) is a better idea. Not just the most radical countries, as they are too few, but with those who are also new ready➡️

I think by now we should add "serial killer". Just because of Venezuelan boats if not something else. They are no war crimes, there is no armed conflict, nobody is fighting back. It is murder in first degree, on 80 accounts and counting.
