I didn’t have any particular urge to rewatch it at the moment but now that you’ve told me it’s not streaming I have a burning desire to binge the entire thing! BSG should be available at all times.

I have a mental image of a mid-level staffer depressed they didn’t get to use this info in the general after finding it a month ago, and a more senior staffer consoling them that it was never likely they’d get to keep that under their hat until then. October surprises shouldn’t glow in the dark!

I was originally being flippant about not knowing the difference between the Sisters and Custodes, but now I realize I was thinking of the Adeptus Sororitas/Sisters of Battle, and I legit didn’t know who this was and why she was different!

I just checked and of the four Custodes characters in the game, two have full face helms and are described with they them pronouns! For all we know the one character with a mustache could be the only male identifying character.

I’m sure there are nuances to Custodes vs Sisters of Battle that I’m not aware of that make this infinitesimally different (my lore knowledge is limited outside of the minutiae of guard regiments) but I chucke every time I see another outraged post about this.

I am very confused by the outrage about this female character. Not because people are mad about a woman in a game (we’ve had shitheels whining about that for decades) but because I’ve had this female character for that faction in the game for several months!

My son (8) loves cyber trucks because they are so ridiculous, like a knockoff hot wheel come to life. I had to explain that, while it’s ok to gawk and the weird silly car, we’ll never own one because we don’t support evil people.

Disney has a legal department larger than the military of some NATO countries and the threat was so blatantly unconstitutional even John Roberts would have blanched at upholding it. My expectations for corporate courage are low, but Disney still managed to fall short.
