A few mornings ago, sun starting to shine, I saw this dude watching my girlfriend by her bedside. Gray robe, thin Quixote face, tall, pointy beard, semi brown or tan skin. Just looking. Just standing there.
Closed my eyes for a second, reopened them. Dude's not there any more.

I found this horseshoe hanging in the back porch on my aunt's house.
My grandfather used to play horseshoe in the military, and the grandma used to say that he was good at it.
This is a souvenir he took with him after the war. It was super rusty.

Aquí ya mami estaba full Alzheimer's. Estabamos en Pizza Hut, que era su pizza favorita.
Ese día comió como 4 pedazos corridos, se chuggeó un vaso de Coca Cola, y a los 5 minutos, vomitó hasta el verde de las tripas.
Pero ahí estaba mami con una sonrisa, y eso me hace feliz.
