It should go without saying, but the allegations against Paradkar — that he fed information on clients to a murderous drug cartel — are among the most shocking possible for a well-known defence lawyer, otherwise in good standing.

Side note: The NBA desperately needs to fix its end game.

That should have been an electric finish, but the crowd in the arena had all its energy sucked out by the sequence of timeouts and official reviews.
