People are slowly starting to realize it’s not normal for their kids to be sick all the time.

Stop referring to Covid in the past tense.
It’s offensive, inaccurate, and careless.
The emergency response phase ended. The phase of mitigation efforts (wrongfully) ended. The Covid pandemic did NOT end.
Please update your language accordingly.
