The distinction between 'visited' and 'stayed' is something I'm curious about? You did spend one night in Arkansas, but was that a visit or a stay?

TBH, when people like that do delete their account I do kinda count it as a win... Maybe not a flawless victory, but still makes life better for the people who no longer have to hear from them.

There is one typo... They aren't paying a short term dividend, they are doing a stock buyback to pump the stock price. The dividend would trigger taxes to everyone, instead of just the saps who sold the stock.

I have taken around 45 minutes, but most of that is 'oh god, what horrible toxic cleaning chemical was stored here that I need to clean up before I stick my head in here' rather than the actual install taking time. :)
