I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

Third magnificent day in the Scottish Highlands. Summited Ben Cruachan and Stob Diamh on an incredible circular ridge with 360° mountain views. Crisp winter conditions, firm ground, no bogs — pure bliss. The hills always have my heart.

Four Munros in two days… what a treat. 🥾☀️
Sunshine, calm winds, and cracking views atop Ben Lui & Beinn a’ Chleibh in the Scottish Highlands today.

Started with a barefoot icy river crossing 🥶—toes still in recovery mode. Worth it.

Back in Scotland at last 🤍 After a tough year working in Haiti, it feels so good to be here. Two Munros today — Beinn a’ Chochuill and Beinn Eunaich — with perfect winter conditions and a gorgeous forecast ahead. Very happy to be back in the hills 🏔️✨
