The public has lots of political opinions on the COVID restrictions, but their lack of engagement with the issues once they reach court is stunning. Do people just talk shit online whilst topics are trending and ignore the actual legal and factual matrix once it all comes out in court?

I understand why some people have sent me salty comments. They are unable to accept that they were lied to by Hinshaw. They were not listening to experts, and the Court has ruled bad faith is a plausible cause of action. This is all old news and if you can’t accept it at this point then whatever.

Do you support the province’s position that its employees did not interact with business owners through Hinshaw’s babbling daily Covid updates and order pronouncements? Or do you support this case, saying the daily televised order briefings and the fraudulently issued COVID orders were interactions?
