I’m making excuses at this point. I shorted myself today. When I go with Brendan, it’ll be a full one. To bitch for a moment, a lady monopolized the hack squat machine for 60 of the 65 minutes I was there. Then tried to keep that machine and use the leg press. Someone else shut that down.

Trying to get more consistent with going again. Today I didn’t wait for any machines and got a bench at the dumbbells right away. It was a good day. Did a personal best on the shoulder press at 120lbs for 12 reps.

From yesterday. I’m making some adjustments and that’s including days i go in and the time. Likely going to have more days in because i think my man wants to come with me and I want to teach him how to use the machines. Get him a basic routine and a schedule to learn.

Today felt really good. Cardiologist was so happy with the weight loss and the workout routines. He wants me to meet with their nutritionist and I think I’ll meet with her and not the one my primary suggested. I trust the cardiologist a fuck-ton more.

I’m struggling. It is absolutely the poor transition to the Wegovy life. I need to time and size my meals better to make sure I have the right energy and not feeling like I’m going to be sick. The weight loss is still going since I’m barely getting in 1400 calories, mostly in the morning.

Should have posted it yesterday but have been feeling just uncomfortable. Lesson is finally setting in that I need to eat before 7pm to prevent a full day of nausea the next day.

We went to the PF in Union Square and hated it. How do you only have two cable machines in Manhattan??? My local spot in Queens has four!
