I left my NHS computer to consider its behaviour and improve its attitude before I return tomorrow. I’m assured it’s on the list for replacement but I hope they get to it quickly - its days appear to be numbered. (They’ll number even fewer if it doesn’t stop crashing every time I get an email!)

Had a (university age, late teens/early 20s) student this morning address me as “Hey Sweet”, and then another colleague as “Alright Lovely”! She may be lovely but he’s lucky he didn’t find out just how very not sweet I can be! I’m 50 years old and in my Charge Nurse uniform! Professionalism, anyone?
