@austinwalker.bsky.social my partner and I went to a beach in California last weekend and I was blown away when I saw Kanan Dume on a sign, I’ve been going back and listening to the AMCA Rebels coverage and the talk of his real name being “Dume” was on the episode I last listened to so it was fresh!

just got through this part in yakuza zero, this moment had me sooo hyped

finally started playing Yakuza Zero after getting the whole series on a steam sale, and like, WOW the story pulled me in so much quicker than I expected. The sheer hype of fighting my way through the Dojima HQ culminating with the Kuze fight was off the charts

I love how in Creature Commandos (in a set-up that is already pretty similar to the B.P.R.D) David Harbour plays “Eric Frankenstein”, whose character design physically resembles Hellboy, whom Harbour played in a movie! Harbour also starred in “Frankenstein’s Monster’s Monster, Frankenstein”!

I was weirdly stoked to see Krypto in the Superman teaser, like something feels very nice and cool about showing Superman actually saving people but also he has people/dog who can save him 🥺 I think the teaser captured the warmth at the heart of the best classic Superman stories
