I feel like the “dispatchable” argument is even worse than your take down indicates. Yeah if you have a spare power plant sitting there and the sun goes out you can fire up nat gas quickly. But when you’re looking at future energy needs to figure out what to build, which is truly “dispatchable”?

There’s another sort of secret ending that’s worth experiencing. Don’t want to spoil anything but in that pivotal rooftop convo where you decide who to call for help with the end mission, just don’t respond for five or so minutes. And then get ready for some feelings

That’s the interesting bit of character development imo. I think her trip to Vegas broke her a bit, learning that the others were getting her videos and ignoring her while still staying in regular contact with each other. So in ep 7 she tries to enjoy herself and quickly becomes suicidally lonely

Yeah fuck this, this is the whole ballgame. Habeas corpus is the cornerstone of not just the US legal system, but western legal traditions dating back centuries. If the government can imprison you and never even tell you why, much less give you a chance to defend yourself, then you have no rights

Unless Google is lying to me it looks like you have Subway in Australia? A deli in the US is like a subway but local and generally much much better. Sometimes has simple hot dishes too, and may be attached to a small shop

One of my best friends literally brought up Candace Owen’s out of the blue a couple of months ago. He’s not super political, probably center-ish, has watched Jon Oliver with me, critical of Fox. Not an extremist at all but somewhat online. Said she’s the only one pushing for truth on Epstein 😬
