They had that section all closed during the cherry blossoms in 2020 due to Covid. All time good ride. Nearly silent down there, but still plenty of people On bikes.

Book #3 of 2025. Terrible Beauty by Auden Schendler. Really enjoyed this book. A well written, thoughtful and sober look at what #sustainabilty people need to do to step and address the reality of climate change.

Fall color is peaking in DC this week. Strongly recommend a trip to the National Arboretum if you can make it over.
