i read somewhere that forming a habit takes (on avg) 66 days. that's why my goal for now is to eat only 1 meal a day for the next 66 days - until the 20th of march. if i slip up one day, the timer goes back to 0. no exceptions. so today is day 1, it's 4pm now and I haven't eaten a thing!

rlly depressed and going back and forth between binging and restricting. now im unfortunately back at 82 kg and really wanna get back down.
i know how to lose, i have all the tools, the only problem is my inconsistency. that's what i'll try to work on this year! that's why i'm trying OMAD :)
