What do you use as a substitue for chicken? I usually choose shrimp but don't like cooking shrimp at home. FYI gai means chicken so you can just call it tom kha (or tom kha ___ with whatever you put in it).

I think it affects me less because I just get really tired at the end of the day and also take a medication for my restless leg syndrome for the past few years. But this week I'm dealing with jet lag and time change (and a baby + 2 cats who don't understand time changes 😂).

I found as I get older I can tolerate caffeine later in the day but NOT TODAY 🫠
