If @greenparty.org.uk and @zackpolanski.bsky.social had a ban on second jobs and incomes for MPs as a key plank of their policy platform, it would be enormously popular. And it would utterly skewer Farage who has multiple jobs and incomes outside Parliament.
This really feels like a conversation we should be having about Members of Parliament, too
No lawmaker in Congress should be able to buy, own, and sell individual stocks. Period. Let's make Congressional stock trading illegal.

Farage may have been an overt racist at school but there have been claims that he took these views well into adulthood. This is so right it hurts. Everyone in politics and the media who attacks immigrants and other vulnerable groups is a coward. The alternative is having the courage to take on those who can fight back - the rich and powerful. The far right and the Govt may act tough but in reality they are wimps.
A Government of cowards.

Rather than tackle inequality - they've gone for pensioners, disabled people and now it's people fleeing war and persecution.

They can't get away with this.

Labour was always the party of the downtrodden - no longer. If you are a Labour MP or Cllr, now is the time to consider switching your allegiance to the Greens. A party with a leader in @zackpolanski.bsky.social that punches up not down and is now the true keeper of Labour values.
