In fairness, Battle Royale *started* that genre, for all intents and purposes (it didn't really exist as a "genre" of anything prior to that).

"SJW" was originally coined by Stormfront. The "thigh gap" was devised by /pol/ explicitly to hurt women. "No Nut November" grew out of incel forums using logic similar to General Ripper from Dr. Strangelove. So many ideas that hit mainstream discourse originated with truly evil and stupid people.

That's one of the most shockingly irresponsible products I've ever seen. If that person slips, there's a serious risk the cat could be injured, or worse.

MHA's overall narrative arc is very similar to the Harry Potter books, up to and including a weirdly dark turn in the last couple arcs (also a few uncanny parallels that would constitute spoilers), but minus all the stuff about the author. Somehow I think "Harry Potter but superhero" might work.

I think most Americans don't realize what Las Vegas is like once you get to the normal parts. It's *sad* sad. I went on a trip to Vegas once and forgot some minor toiletry (don't recall what) so I got to see the CVS down at the end of the strip and the atmosphere was downright oppressive.

One of my first followers was/is a notable (like he has a Wikipedia page) Swedish theologian and linguist and sometimes I wonder what he thinks of my shitposts about giant anime robots or that Luigi Mangione did nothing wrong.

The role of his I know best is Yuri from Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2, one of my favorite video games growing up, and his performance played a big role in that. I hope he knew how many younger fans he had back in the 2000s due to that.
