I’ve only played an hour of the Silent Hill 2 Remake, but I’m really enjoying it. I like that it plays with the my expectations, showing me things that are very familiar and then doing something different. The enemies feel threatening, too. #horrorgame #horror 🧵

2024 has been an amazing year for horror games. What's most impressive is that these four games were all developed by extremely small independent studios—sometimes with just a single developer. These are experiences that should not be missed.

I’ve been playing Alien Isolation for the first time. I actually hated it at first, but have really grown to love it. I can’t recommend it without a lot of qualifiers, but most of my favorite games are like that. #horrorgame #alien #horrorgamer
