Any massage therapists out there? I just need another brain on this. I've lost fat from my thighs as I've gotten stronger (fitness coach), but now my knee alignment is off. I can tell my inner thigh is tight and my glute medius is weak but I'm really stuck on how to release through the inner thigh.
