I have no executive function and I occasionally need to switch between devices when watching a long video essay in sections. Having everything in one video is not an inconvenience. It’s good for both not losing my place and to keep it as a cohesive work.

Had a similar experience today. My 4 year old decided he didn’t want to finish about halfway through but I’d just sat down to nurse the baby so I watched the rest of it instead. 😅

I had evolved beyond Blue Like Jazz by the time I read it. Probably would’ve liked it more if I’d read it sooner, but at the time I found it lacking. I haven’t read Anne Lamott. Does she hold up better?

I cannot watch Curious George. Why do they keep giving him responsibilities??? Why is he fixing a space station?? Why does the man’s space helmet accommodate his hat?? Why has no one taught George sign language? 😵‍💫

I started reading under the covers with a flashlight at probable age 7. Then when I got an mp3 player in middle school, I stayed up late listening to that too. Kids just don’t like going to bed when there’s other things they could be doing. 😂

He’s a character from Gravity Falls and would definitely not be a Trump voter, so it’s annoying to see him used to represent one.
