Why don't these HUGE bills that nobody has time to thoroughly read before passage ever later surprise us with GOOD provisions, like universal healthcare, the abolition of ICE & the Electoral Collage, and congressional term limits? Instead, it's always *bad* stuff Republican snuck in hurt people.
