I don't get why there's about 4~ parking spots along the street through the plaza. They appear to be general street parking so they're always taken up. My intuition for spots right in front of a complex is they should be short-term loading zones or similar for convenience.

South Bellevue Stn has a bunch of parking that seem dedicated to this purpose. Stalls with like 15 minute limits right next to the station entrances.

So many apartments out there with the nightmare scenario: all your windows overlook a 4+ lane stroad (and usually you don't have AC so opening them is *required* in the summer)
Hard Mode is looking for a 2 bed, which are almost always on corners; >50% chance of direct stroad exposure.

I saw some of these mobile vehicle barriers hanging out downtown on Friday. Might be a use for them here? They're meant to be easy for one person to place and move them.
