Here's another food 'resembling a chemistry experiment'. Got to be aware of huge generalisations with such messaging - people are incorrectly chemphobic enough as it is.
Certainly not all vegetables are bad at all -- some are essential building blocks & antiinflammatory etc.

The trick is to look at the colour of the little hole, after removing the stem - takes the guesswork out of it :)
