Looks pretty flat and step free. I’ve never been to Montreal.
Lots of cities have pedestrian centres here and are easy to use a wheelchair in.

They are not bicycles though and hit over 50kph on paths shared with bicycles and walkers

It is a huge problem in UK and the media say ‘E-bikes’ and now politicians are talking about banning without talking about the difference between pedal assist and motorcycle

To bluesky which is international? Of course it is. I’m Welsh and didn’t know this awful example of driver agggression had happened.
There’s a lot of aggression in the UK towards bicycle riders. It needs calling out even if it’s an old video.
