‼️Pf phage comes with initial Pseudomonas infection rather than being acquired later. This indicates Pf phage presence may prognosticate outcomes, and it makes an appealing therapeutic target! @juliepourtois.bsky.social @pbollyky.bsky.social

Pseudomonas filamentous phages correlate with worse outcomes in cystic fibrosis, but the transmission pattern was unclear.
