Made a vegan “butter chicken” dish tonight using Holy Cow’s Delhi tikka masala sauce (£2.40)
Added tofu, carrots, courgette, tomatoes, a swirl of plain alpro (soy yog) and served with rice and popadoms - was a hit 😋 #whatveganseat #vegan #plantbased #holycow #veganbutterchicken #ocado #veganfinds
