SPOT ONLY!!!

And yeah those deep cystic acne spots still suuuuck but for me at least the benzoyl peroxide brings them closer to the surface after a few days so they don't hurt/itch like hell

(And only use it as a spot treatment... I'll never forget the time I was buying some and the pharmacist was like "oh man I can't use this stuff at all, it dries my face out SO badly" and I was like yeah uh you are absolutely not supposed to use it on your WHOLE FACE)

Benzoyl peroxide cream is the only thing I've found that helps with those. I use the 10% stuff. Just don't get it anywhere near any fabric you care about.

Hahaha, and yet they're VERY different shows 🤣

Ireland seems to have figured this out at least... maybe it's a start?

Part of the reason I didn't seek an actual diagnosis for so long was that I figured I was managing just fine without a diagnosis or meds - and by most external measures, I was!

But it turns out life is a lot less stressful and exhausting when you're not constantly "managing" symptoms 🤯

I definitely still struggle with executive function and procrastination - like I said, it's not a magical fix - but not as much as I used to. And I mean, everyone struggles with those things to some extent, right?

The best way I've been able to describe it is that I still have like fifteen trains of thought going through my head at any given time, but now I get to choose which train I'm on, and my trains are less likely to get stuck going round and round in circles 🤣

On the plus side I managed to find a moment to let my housemate know that I plan to leave the country and he took it okay

But then he also said that he already has Hades 2 and that I can play it through our Steam share if I want 😶

Yep, if you've got SwiftKey it's 100% using AI now, the app description says outright that it's an "AI-powered Copilot"

Seconding Incantation for sure! (And now I've gotta look into these others :D)

Bring Her Back: Watched it on a flight without knowing anything about it, and having watched the trailer afterwards, I think it works better without seeing the trailer first!

Clock: Creepy on many levels

Others I've enjoyed recently include Shelby Oaks, Barbarian, Run, and of course Weapons...

This is apparently how I find out that Susie Dent is on Bluesky 😂

Pretty much a "huh!" moment at the time! Now that I've been on the meds for a year I've noticed that I'm generally more in control of my thoughts, less anxious, getting more things done on time - even finding it easier to get to sleep. They're not a magical fix but they've definitely helped!

You might want to try reading the text rather than imagining... but either way I can't see how it's "forced" when it's a prominent part of Ciri's storyline, and has been since Baptism of Fire was first published in 1996
