Also learnt about the placebo effect - & that the warmth/empathy of the interaction between the patient & clinician affects how strong the placebo effect is!

So far, I have learnt there is a link between interoception (ability to identify internal body functions like how fast your heart beats) & mood but it is more complex than better interoception means better mood. And that both probiotics & prebiotic can affect mood - and maybe even sociability!
