I'm disappointed seeing @amlibraryassoc.bsky.social promoting a pro-Ai book.
For all the talk of book bans, this is incredibly short sighted on how generative Ai negatively impacts writers, artists, musicians, and people in general.
We should demand better from the ALA.

I have no idea if my posts are being hidden, I just assumed my art and music is so niche, only a handful of people may engage with it. Plus, "likes" don't pay bills.
That said, however, I know people enjoy my resource sharing. Makes me happy to know at least that much can get organic attention.

Wisconsin just repelled a data center like this. You can do it too! The movement was largely stuff you can do from home and a few dedicated people standing in an empty field. It's very possible to stop this shit before it starts
