It's my understanding an Appeals Court has ruled that Schmuck does not, in fact, have Presidential Immunity in the J6 case. (Thanks much for the rapid response...)
So now we wait for the case to be escalated to the Supremes...who'll tell us to kick rocks or wait 4 long years. Probably both.🤦🏽♀️
