Apparently Bookshop thought this combo was so powerful they had to send it in two different boxes. 😂
Now that it's all here I don't know where to start, and my TBR pile is doomed (in a good way). 💜

My 8yo was messing around after school and made this heart, then decided it looks like it should go with a story. Now he's coming up with the story and planning designs for other beaded illustrations to turn the library time-filler into a multimedia event.

We also trimmed each block down an extra 1/4 inch per side to standardize the size, since my seams didn't all stay an even 1/4 inch. Her friend who owned the local quilt shop did the quilting on her long arm, then Grandma taught me how to sew the binding (at a meetup at Spooky's as I recall ☺️).
