No issue with having processes, but they need to be effective processes, not shit ones. And, yes to the real expertise part. Apparently MG technical ignore the expertise of the technicians in the dealership when it comes to warranty issues because "they know best"...

Finally, after more than 2 months, got my car back yesterday. Turns out the problem was a fault with the steering column, but apparently "their process requires them to test other things first". Told them only a court jester would have processes that take 2 months to diagnose and rectify...
