today i'm remembering that engineering comm class i TA'd in undergrad where they had freshmen make wearable tech (like, LEDs in hats and wires threaded through sweatshirts... for reasons?) and i spent the semester worried that i didn't *actually* know how to operate a fire extinguisher.
